Based in the Chiltern Enterprise Centre in Theale we actually own two offices which house our two office teams.
The Unit 2 Team:
Director Mr Cleary is primarily responsible for the Management of the entire office team, making sure that the systems in place are keeping the company up to date with our competitors and ensure that our operations are as efficient as they can possibly be. Frank is also responsible maintaining all of Advanced Maintenance UK LTD’s accreditations including ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and Chas to name but a few.
Director Mrs Cleary works within the main office team making sure that our Clik 4 operating system is kept up to date by ensuring that all materials purchased are added to each and every job. Additionally she oversees the purchasing of all office stationary, and ensures that the post is handled each day.
Bryce has recently been promoted to Office Manager! He has stepped up to role of managing the day to day running of the whole team as well as recently taking over the administration of all of the companies Health and Safety having spent the last year training for the role. Additionally he is responsible for keeping the Clik 4 system up to date by ensuring that all timesheets are added to each and every job.
Gemma and Marc are responsible for the taking of all initial calls, directing you to the team member that can best assist your call/enquiry. They are also directly responsible for several accounts each which they maintain the day to day operations of as well as booking in all new and existing domestic customers. Gemma King is also responsible for all of the Human Resources works required within the company.
The Unit 4 Team:
Director Mr Gale is primarily the company’s Operations Director, mainly based with Advanced Maintenance UK LTD’s largest account A2 Dominion Housing Group. Having worked with A2 Dominion Housing Group previously Ricky has used his thorough knowledge of the account to move it onwards and upwards, his expertise in knowing where to move next in the market means that AMUK has been able to offer A2 Dominion all of the latest services including working on the NIBE systems which many other companies where not yet able to work on. Ricky also attends most of the company’s domestic quotations*.
Director Mr Jones is primarily the company’s Technical Director, in this role he will attend site and plan how the installation of all large projects will be carried out in accordance with Health and Safety, then will then draw up plans using AutoCAD so engineers working on site know exactly what they are to be doing. David also works on all of the Tenders that the company carry out each year again providing Technical guidance and costings. Additionally David also attends most of the company’s Commercial quotations*.
Mike and Denise are the A2 Dominion Housing Group Account Managers. Both a point of contract for A2 Dominion, Scheme Managers and tenants they are responsible for keeping the A2 Dominion web portal up to date to ensure both companies are able to offer their customers the best possible service. Additionally they work directly with Director Ricky Gale to ensure that all of the A2 Dominion planning, scheduling and general call outs are booked in and covered in the most efficient way possible.
Kellie is responsible for updating and maintaining of all company accreditation's including ISO, Chas, Constructionline to name but a few. She is also responsible for the running of Advanced Maintenance's Social Media pages and website.
