This quality & environmental policy provides a framework for setting, monitoring, reviewing and achieving our objectives, programmes and targets.

Customer service is an essential part of the quality & environmental process and to ensure this is fulfilled, all employees receive training to ensure awareness and understanding of quality and environment and its impact on customer service and of the products or service in which we provide.

To ensure the company maintains its awareness of continuous improvement, the quality and the environmental system are regularly reviewed by Top Management to ensure it remains appropriate and suitable for our business.

The Quality and Environmental System is subject to both internal and external annual audits and will be reviewed on an annual basis. Advanced Maintenance UK Ltd merged over to the ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 versions of the ISO in 2016/17, since then the company has and two annual audits carried out, and we are very pleased to say we have passed both with flying colours, and aim to continue this high standard year after year.


Chas Premium Plus

Advanced Maintenance UK Ltd has always taken the Health and Safety of our team very seriously and have held a Chas membership for over 8 years, however as we continue to strive to offer our customers and employees the best possible service for 2019 we decided to upgrade to a Chas Premium Plus membership.

For Advanced Maintenance UK Ltd to upgrade our Chas membership to Premium Plus, we introduced a more comprehensive Equal Opportunities & Diversity Policy, an extended Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy and introduced an Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy, an overview of these policies is available to view on our website under the Compliance section.

We were very proud to announce that as of 5th February 2019 we are now Chas Premium Plus Certified.


Acclaim Registration

Following our recent upgrade to Chas Premium Plus, Advanced Maintenance UK Ltd has looked to see what offer accreditations can assist with our goal of offering the best service for our customers.

Since launch in 2012, Acclaim Accreditation is backed and quality assured by Supplier Assessment Services. Acclaim is a member of Safety Systems in Procurement (SSIP), supported by the HSE and universally accepted in public and private sector procurement. 

I am delighted to say that on 5th April 2019 Advanced Maintenance UK Ltd received its first Acclaim Accreditation!
