Technical Director 

As one of the founding partners of the company, David Jones, our Technical Director, has played a pivotal role in the company's evolution since its inception in 1998. David has been instrumental in guiding the company to its current strength, boasting a team of over 40 professionals.


Leveraging his extensive technical expertise, David serves as the primary contact for all PQQ & ITT Tender documents, offering valuable technical guidance and accurate cost estimations. His proficiency ensures that he is the go-to person for addressing technical queries and providing strategic insights.


In his capacity as the lead representative for the commercial aspect of our operations, David actively engages with clients, conducts on-site surveys, and meticulously compiles comprehensive proposals. These proposals outline the detailed plans for executing large-scale projects in alignment with our clients' specific requirements, all while upholding our steadfast commitment to health and safety.


David's multifaceted role encompasses not only technical leadership but also a proactive involvement in the strategic planning and execution of our projects, reflecting his dedication to ensuring the success and excellence of our endeavors.

Ricky Gale
Operations Director

In 2008, Ricky Gale joined Advanced Maintenance UK Ltd as Operations Director, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and experience gained from his extensive work within Housing Associations. Ricky played a pivotal role in the successful onboarding of one of the company's largest accounts, showcasing his strategic insight and operational expertise.


Ricky's astute market awareness has been instrumental in positioning Advanced Maintenance UK Ltd as an industry leader. His proactive approach has enabled the company to stay at the forefront of the market, offering customers the latest services. Notably, under Ricky's guidance, our company became one of the first to successfully navigate and work on NIBE systems, a feat that set us apart from many other industry players.


As the Operations Director, Ricky is the driving force behind translating customer requirements into tangible results. His remarkable ability to bring our customers' visions to life has established him as the primary point of contact for the company's domestic installations. Ricky's dedication to delivering excellence and staying ahead of market trends continues to contribute significantly to the success and growth of Advanced Maintenance UK Ltd.

Bryce Bellman
Office and

H&S Manager

Since joining Advanced Maintenance UK Ltd in 2008, Bryce Bellman has amassed extensive experience across various facets of our operations. With a tenure spanning 14 years, Bryce has demonstrated exceptional versatility, having worked in nearly all areas of our office. This wealth of experience uniquely positioned him to assume the role of Office Manager as our team expanded.


In addition to his diverse experience, Bryce has successfully completed both the IOSH Managing Safety and the British Safety Council's Health & Safety for Directors & Managers courses. This qualification, combined with his hands-on experience, underscores Bryce's commitment to upholding the highest standards of health and safety within our organization.


Collaborating closely with Operations Manager Tony Williams, Bryce shares joint responsibility for overseeing the company's health and safety requirements. This dynamic partnership ensures a comprehensive and effective approach to maintaining a safe and secure working environment for our team and clients alike

Abbie

Human Resources Manager

In 2015, Abbie became a valuable member of Advanced Maintenance UK Ltd, starting her journey as an Account Administrator in the First Response Team. Abbie's innate leadership skills and ability to maintain composure in challenging situations swiftly propelled her through the ranks within the company.


Recognizing her potential, Abbie pursued and successfully completed her Level 3 CIPD Human Resources training in 2019. This accomplishment led to her promotion as the company's inaugural Human Resources Manager.


In this pivotal role, Abbie is dedicated to supporting Advanced Maintenance UK Ltd in fulfilling its Human Resources commitments across all business areas. Her strategic approach and commitment to excellence contribute significantly to the company's overall success.

Kellie Pickett
First Response & Quality Manager

Kellie Pickett commenced her journey with Advanced Maintenance UK Ltd in 2010, initially serving as an Account Manager. As the team expanded, Kellie's unwavering positive approach to new challenges led to her promotion to the role of Quality Manager.


In this capacity, she played a crucial role in supporting former Director Frank Cleary in achieving and maintaining the company's accreditations until formally assuming full responsibility for the systems in 2014.


In 2023, as part of the ongoing company restructuring, Kellie attained a promotion to the position of First Response Manager. In this role, she oversees the First Response Team and provides backup support for the Cygnet account.


Simultaneously, Kellie continues to manage the company's ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and Chas accreditations, showcasing her versatility in handling both managerial and accreditation responsibilities.

Marc Cox

A2 Dominion Account Manager

In 2013, Marc Cox joined Advanced Maintenance UK Ltd as an Account Administrator, initially. His proactive 'can-do' attitude quickly distinguished him as a natural point of contact within the company, leading to his promotion to the role of A2Dominion Account Manager in 2019.


As the leader of a dedicated team of five professionals, Marc assumes a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of the A2Dominion account. His responsibilities encompass a wide spectrum, including but not limited to, managing large-scale projects, generating and analysing KPI reports, and addressing any issues that may arise.


Marc serves as the primary liaison for A2 Dominion and their representatives, ensuring effective communication and resolution of concerns. In addition to his managerial responsibilities, Marc specializes in the lightning protection segment of our business, further showcasing his expertise in a key area of our operations.

 A2 Dominion Team

Under the leadership of Team Manager Marc Cox,  the team serve as the primary point of contact for all A2 Dominion Housing employees and tenants. This dedicated team is committed to delivering exceptional service, striving to provide our clients with the highest level of satisfaction.


Their commitment to excellence is evident in their multifaceted responsibilities, which include booking scheduled servicing works, promptly addressing any call-outs within specified timescales, coordinating site surveys, generating quotations, and diligently following up on ongoing works. Furthermore, each team member brings a unique area of expertise to enhance the team's capabilities:

Under the leadership of Team Manager Kellie Pickett, our First Response Team serves as the initial point of contact for all incoming calls to Advanced Maintenance UK Ltd.


Renowned for their responsiveness and professionalism, the team is adept at handling the diverse range of inquiries and service requests that come their way, showcasing a comprehensive knowledge of the company's offerings in both the domestic and commercial sectors.

Account Manager

In 2021, Lorraine became an integral part of Advanced Maintenance UK Ltd during a period of significant company expansion.


Swiftly assuming the position of the primary Cygnet Account Manager, she demonstrated exceptional proficiency in managing key client relationships.


As part of our ongoing commitment to excellence and to accommodate the continued growth of one of our largest accounts, Cygnet Health Care, a strategic decision was made in 2022 to establish it as a stand-alone department.


This department is diligently overseen by Lorraine from our office, with the valuable technical expertise of Operations Manager Andrew Rumble.


This reorganisation ensures a focused and specialised approach to managing the unique requirements of Cygnet Health Care.


Lorraine's leadership and coordination, coupled with Andrew's technical acumen, contribute significantly to the success and seamless operation of this dedicated department within Advanced Maintenance UK Ltd

Tony Williams

Operations /

H&S Manager

Tony Williams has been an integral part of Advanced Maintenance UK Ltd for over two decades, having joined as one of the initial employees alongside the founding Directors.


In his role as Operations Manager, Tony collaborates closely with Andrew Rumble, actively participating in on-site visits, conducting quote surveys, performing engineer's workplace inspections, and overseeing project management. He serves as the primary technical point of contact for several major clients, working in tandem with the First Response Team to deliver an exceptional level of service, leveraging his expansive engineering knowledge.


In partnership with Office Manager Bryce Bellman, Tony shares joint responsibility for the company's health and safety requirements, following his successful completion of IOSH Managing Safety in 2022.


Tony's extensive qualifications encompass a comprehensive range of certifications, including Commercial & Domestic Gas (BMP1, CCN1, CDGA1, CENWAT, CIGA1, CKR1, CMDDA1, CODC1, CODNCO1, CONGLP1CMC, CONGLP1LAV, CONGLP1PD, CONGLP1RPH, CORT1, DAH1, EFJLP1, G11, HTR1, HTRLP2, ICPN1, MET1, TPCP1, and TPCP1A), Commercial Catering (COMCAT1 & COMCAT3), and Commercial & Domestic Oil (101, 105, 600A, and 201).


Tony's wealth of experience, combined with his dedication to health and safety, makes him an invaluable asset in ensuring the success, technical proficiency, and well-being of Advanced Maintenance UK Ltd and its clients.

Andrew Rumble

Operations Manager

Since joining Advanced Maintenance UK Ltd in 2008, Andrew Rumble has demonstrated exceptional dedication and skill, progressing rapidly from an apprentice to a Senior Domestic and Commercial Gas Engineer. In 2022, Andrew further advanced his career, assuming the role of Operations Manager.


As Operations Manager, Andrew, in collaboration with Tony Williams, actively engages in client site visits, conducts quote surveys, performs engineer's workplace inspections, and oversees project management, ensuring a seamless and professional execution of our services.


Andrew also serves as the technical lead, working closely with Lorraine Pilkington, in managing the Cygnet account. In this capacity, he takes on significant responsibilities, including large-scale project management, site surveys, quotations, and providing Lorraine with the necessary technical support for the day-to-day operations of this key account.


Andrew's impressive list of qualifications includes Commercial & Domestic Gas certifications such as CCN1, CDGA1, CENWAT, CIGA1, CKR1, CODNCO1, CONGLP1LAV, CONGLP1PD, CONGLP1RPH, CORT1, DAH1, EFJLP1, HTR1, ICPN1, TPCP1, and TPCP1A.


Building on his commitment to excellence, Andrew recently completed the IOSH Managing Safely certification.


Andrew's multifaceted role and ongoing professional development make him a key contributor to the success  of Advanced Maintenance UK Ltd.

 Donna Endean

Accounts Team

In an exciting phase of transformation, Donna became an integral part of Advanced Maintenance in 2023, assuming the pivotal role of being the primary point of contact for all accounts inquiries.


Donna takes the reins from Hazel, who, after eight years of dedicated service to the company, is embarking on a new adventure.


Collaborating closely with Lisa Gale, Donna undertakes the responsibility of overseeing all of the company’s financial commitments.


This encompassing role includes tasks such as preparing financial statements, managing bill payments, invoicing customers, handling payroll, conducting cost accounting, and engaging in financial analysis, among various other daily responsibilities.


Donna's strategic financial oversight, is instrumental in ensuring the fiscal health and stability of Advanced Maintenance during this dynamic period of change.
