The Advanced Maintenance UK Ltd office team has expanded greatly, especially in the past 5 years; from a small team of four, we now have a team of thirteen who are all experts in their own areas.
Having worked at Advanced Maintenance UK Ltd for almost 10 years General Manager Mr Bryce Bellman has experience working in almost all areas of the business and is why he is the perfect man to manage both the office and engineering teams.
Mr Bellman has also trained in several areas of Health and Safety including IOSH Managing Safely and oversees all of the companies Health and Safety. Working with Health and Safety Assistant Abbie, together they provide our customers with the health and safety documents they require and ensure Advanced Maintenance UK Ltd staff have received all the latest training guaranteeing the best and safest working practices.
The Advanced Maintenance UK Ltd accounts team is built up of 2 lovely ladies, Hazel and Tracy. Together they are responsible for preparing the
financial statements, paying bills, billing customers, payroll, cost accounting and financial analysis to name but a few of their daily tasks.
Working at Advanced Maintenance UK Ltd for over 8 years, having previously worked in the administration team Quality Assurance Manager Kellie Pickett oversees all of the companies accreditations. With the assistance of the Health and Safety team, Kellie is responsible for all ongoing commitments to ISO 14001:2015, ISO 9001:2015, Safecontractor, Chas Premium Plus, Constructionline Gold and Acclaim.
Denise, Karina, Marc and Joanna are the first point of contact for all A2 Dominion employees and tenants. Using the A2 Dominion web portal they book in appointments, arrange site surveys, provide quotations and follow up existing works to make sure that everyone is kept updated and ensuring the best possible service. Furthermore, each member has their own areas of expertise:
Denise, Karina, Marc and Joanna work directly with Operations Director Ricky Gale to ensure that all of the A2 Dominion planning, scheduling and general call-outs are booked in and covered in the most efficient way possible.
For all non-A2 Dominion customers Abbie, Charlotte and Samantha are the first points for contact when a call comes through to Advanced Maintenance UK Ltd. Overseen by IOSH trained Team Leader Abbie Garrard these ladies work with both our Commercial and Domestic customers and together they strive to offer every single caller the best possible service.
Each of the ladies manage their own accounts, a service we provide for our larger customers, this allows Advanced Maintenance UK Ltd to get to know their customers wants, requirements and allowing us to build a relationship with each of the contacts.
Gemma and Mike work within the main office team as administrators making sure that our Clik 4 operating system is kept up to date with all incoming invoices and engineers documents. Both Mike and Gemma oversee our engineer's mobile apps to ensure they fulfil the companies’ requirements.
