The Administration Team

In 1998 Advanced Maintenance UK Limited started as a 2 man team, 20 years later there are now 13 members of the Administration Team, all based in the recently refurbished offices in Theale, Reading.


General Manager Mr Bryce Bellman 

Having worked at Advanced Maintenance UK Ltd since 2008 General Manager Mr Bryce Bellman has experienced working in almost all areas of the business over the past 10 years, so he thoroughly understands each and every role within the company, making him the perfect man to manage both the office and engineering teams.

Mr Bellman wears many hats at Advanced Maintenance UK Ltd as he also takes responsibility for Human Resources as well as managing all of the companies Health & Safety requirements having completed IOSH Managing Safely and the British Safety Council's Health & Safety for Directors & Managers.

Bryce regularly works together with Team Leader Abbie producing Risk Assessment and Method Statements for our customers and over 2017-18 together they led Advanced Maintenance UK Ltd's largest-ever installation project stepping into the Principle Contractor roles for the first time.


The A2 Dominion Account - Team Leader Marc Cox with Account Administrators Denise Kay and Karina Forster

Led by Team Leader Marc Cox the A2 Dominion Account Managers are the first point of contact for all A2 Dominion employees and tenants. Using the A2 Dominion web portal they book in appointments, arrange site surveys, provide quotations and follow up existing works to make sure that everyone is kept updated and ensuring the best possible service. Furthermore, each member has their own areas of expertise:


First Response Team - Team Leader Abbie with Account Administrators Charlotte Busby and Samantha Dyal

For all non-A2 Dominion customers the First Response Team, led by IOSH trained Team Leader Abbie, are the first points for contact when a call comes through to Advanced Maintenance UK Ltd.

The varied nature of the calls they receive means that these three ladies have a wide knowledge of all the services offered by the company, in both the domestic and commercial sectors.

Each of the ladies manages their own accounts, a service we provide for our larger customers, this allows Advanced Maintenance UK Ltd to get to know our customers wants, requirements and allowing us to build a relationship with each of the contacts.


The Accounts Department - Hazel & Tracy

The Advanced Maintenance UK Ltd accounts team is built up of Lead Accountant Hazel and Accounts Assistant Tracy. Together they are responsible for preparing the financial statements, paying bills, billing customers, payroll, cost accounting and financial analysis to name but a few of their daily tasks.


Accreditation & Quality Specialist Kellie Pickett

Kellie joined Advanced Maintenance UK Ltd in 2010 as an account manager, she began assisting with the companies ISO audit not long after and formally took over the system in 2014. Kellie has been responsible for overseeing the companies accreditations including; ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, Chas Premium Gold, Acclaim Accreditations, Constructionline, and Safecontractor.

Kellie is also responsible for companies website and our social media pages; Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.


System Administrators - Gemma Beadle and Mike Cox

Together Gemma and Mike work on our Clik systems ensuring that our Clik system is always accurate. Gemma specialises in updating the system with the engineer's timesheets using our fleet trackers to double check that the system is accurate. Gemma also manages the operation of the engineers gas app to ensure we are able to provide customers with their certificates as quickly as possible.

Mike specialises in updating the system with all the materials supplied by our approved merchants. With over 10 years of experience working at Advanced Maintenance UK Mike is perfectly positioned to not only update the system but make sure everything is correct.
