Our office team has expanded greatly in the last few years; from a small team of three, we now have a team of ten who are all experts in their own working areas.
Both our office and engineering teams are overseen by General Manager Mr Bryce Bellman. Having worked for Advanced Maintenance UK Ltd for over 8 years Bryce has experience working in almost all areas of the business and is the perfect leader to guide the team.
Bryce has also trained in several areas of Health and Safety including IOSH Managing Safely and oversees all of the companies Health and Safety. Working with health and safety Assistant Abbie, together they provide our customers with the health and safety documents they require and ensure Advanced Maintenance UK Ltd staff have received all the latest training guaranteeing the best and safest working practices.
Denise, Karina and Marc are the first point of contact for all A2 Dominion employees and tenants. Using the A2 Dominion web portal they book in appointments, arrange site surveys, provide quotations and follow up existing works to make sure that everyone is kept updated and ensuring the best possible service. Furthermore, each member has their own areas of expertise:
Denise, Karina and Marc work directly with Operations Director Ricky Gale to ensure that all of the A2 Dominion planning, scheduling and general call-outs are booked in and covered in the most efficient way possible.
As first point of contact for all non-A2 Dominion customers Abbie, Emma and Elvina have varied roles which include booking quotes and appointments, directing calls, sending quotations to invoicing. No two jobs are the same.
In addition, all larger customers are assigned Abbie, Emma or Elvina as an account manager, this allows Advanced Maintenance UK Ltd to offer the best possible service by providing a single point of contact for these accounts so we are able to build relationships.
Kellie is responsible for updating and maintaining the company accreditation's ISO9001:2008, ISO14001:2004, Chas, Safecontractor and Constructionline. Kellie is also responsible for all of the companies Social Media pages; Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and the website.
Gemma and Mike work within the main office team as administrators making sure that our Clik 4 operating system is kept up to date with all incoming invoices and engineers documents. Both Mike and Gemma oversee our engineer's mobile apps to ensure they fulfil the companies’ requirements.
