Back in May 2015, we added a meet the team section to the News section of our website, fortunately, Advanced Maintenance UK Ltd has grown in the past 12
months so I am pleased to be able to release a new, improved and updated version only a year later which will we will be adding to the 'About Us' section
of the website.
The Office Team
Based in Chiltern Enterprise Centre, Advanced Maintenance UK Ltd has 2 offices.
Bryce Bellman is the Office Manager for the entire team, he is responsible for managing the day to day operations. Bryce is also the Company Health and Safety Manager, he is in charge of the companies Health and Safety from Risk Assessments, to tool box talks and accreditations.
Abbie Garrard, Gemma King and Marc Cox are responsible for the taking of all initial calls, directing the customer to the team member that can best assist the call/enquiry. They are also directly responsible for several accounts each which they maintain the day to day operations of as well as booking in all new and existing domestic customers. They also have their own areas of expertise:
Kellie Pickett is responsible for updating and maintaining of the company accreditation's ISO9001:2008, ISO14001:2004, Chas and Constructionline. She is also responsible for all of the companies Social Media pages; Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn & Instagram and website.
Denise Kay, Karina Forster and Mike Cox are the A2 Dominion Housing Group Account Managers. All are a point of contact for the A2 Dominion team, Scheme Managers and tenants. They are responsible for keeping the A2 Dominion web portal up to date to ensure both companies are able to offer their customers the best possible service. They also have their own areas of expertise:
Additionally, they work directly with Director Ricky Gale to ensure that all of the A2 Dominion planning, scheduling and general call-outs are booked in and covered in the most efficient way possible.
Meet the ENGINEERS
Although our Head Office is based in Theale, we have engineers located all over the Berkshire and Hampshire area. Today we have 13 full-time engineers and a vast network of sub-contractors.
All of our engineers are fully certified in their various fields to carry out Installation, Maintenance, Repairs and/or Servicing of all of the following:

Meet the DIRECTORS
Director Mr F Cleary is primarily responsible for the overall decision making and company Financials along with our bookkeeper Hazel.
Director Mrs M Cleary works within the main office team making sure that our Clik 4 operating system is kept up to date by adding purchased materials to jobs when merchant invoices arrive. She is also responsible for the company trade cards and post.
Director Mr D Jones is the company’s Technical Director. In this role, he will attend site and plan how the installation of all large projects will be carried out in accordance with Health and Safety. Next, he will draw up plans using AutoCAD, so engineers working on site know exactly what they are to be doing. Mr Jones also works on all of the PQQ & Tender documents that the company carries out each year again providing Technical guidance and costings. Additionally, David also attends most of the company’s Commercial quotations*.
Director Mr R Gale is the Operations Director, principally based with Advanced Maintenance UK LTD’s largest account A2 Dominion Housing Group. Having worked with A2 Dominion Housing Group previously, Mr Gale has used his thorough knowledge of the account to move it onwards and upwards. Ricky's expertise in knowing where to move next in the market means that Advanced Maintenance UK Ltd has been able to offer A2 Dominion all of the latest services including working on the NIBE systems when many other companies were not yet able to work on. Mr Gale also attends most of the company’s domestic quotations*.
