ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015 Business Management System

Each year Advanced Maintenance UK Ltd completes an annual audit on our ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015 Business Management System, which Quality Assurance Manager Kellie Pickett diligently works on throughout each year, with the support of our the entire team. 

On the 5th December 2018, the entire Senior Management team met with our British Assessment Bureau Auditor to ensure that Advanced Maintenance UK Ltd carries out all the practises stated in our policies with evidence to support our claims.

We also had our first ever ISO Annual Audit site visit with Senior Engineer Andrew Rumble. Andrew welcomed the auditor onto one of our NHS sites to demonstrate our engineering team are fully aware of the company commitments and procedures from both the Health & Safety and ISO perpectives. 

Despite Kellie and Andrew being their normal bag of nerves, both did Advanced Maintenance UK Ltd proud, and for the 2nd year running, we passed the audit with absolutely no Minors or Majors found.

As always this is a team effort and we would like to thank all Advanced Maintenance UK Ltd employees for their continual input into the ISO and for ensuring we hold ourselves to the high standard expected of both the company and our auditors.

Customer Feedback

Each year Advanced Maintenance UK Ltd reviews all customer feedback forms for the past 12 months. The quality survey is then broken down in 5 separate sections which are each reviewed by the company’s senior management team to see if there are changes or improvements to be made.

As this is our 2nd year of recording feedback in this manner for the Business Management System for ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 we are now able to compare to the previous year’s findings. As we said above, we have to prove for the ISO 9001:2015 that our feedback is genuine, therefore we are happy to publish our comparison charts below;

We are very proud of the work we have done in the last few years to get our feedback quality as high as possible, which has achieved by the endless work of our teams, as over the past 4 years the company has grown rapidly and we have worked hard to ensure quality is not lost in the expansion.

We are pleased to report that despite a slight decrease in the number forms received from the previous year, that the forms that have been analysed are showing that even though overall the feedback was very good in December 2016-17, it was even better in the December 2017-18 period. On all but one question, for the 2017-18 period, 100% of our customers rated Advanced Maintenance UK Ltd as either Good or Excellent and next year we are aiming for better.

Our Quality assurance Manager is in the process of trailing different software so we can gain a higher response rate so we can further develop any areas of the Business that requires improvement.
