On the 25th and 26th, November 2019 Advanced Maintenance UK Ltd’s Senior Management and Company Directors met with British Assessment Bureau for the annual ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 audit.
On the first day, the BAB auditor checked through all our working systems related to quality and environment to ensure that all required measures are in place. Next was onto proof that of how these systems impact the companies work and the differences they make. All in all, it was a very positive day and all were happy with how the audit was progressing.
For the 2nd day, the on-site audit, it was Senior Engineer Tony Williams who had the pleasure of hosting the British Assessment Bureau Auditor at one of our housing association sites in Thatcham, Berkshire. Tony did a fantastic job of talking through the works that he completed on the Plant Room Check and the auditor was more than pleased.
Once the 2-day audit was completed, we were thrilled to hear that we had passed the audit with no absolutely no minor or majors!
Advanced Maintenance UK Ltd were given 3 OFI recommendations to further improve our systems, which are always welcomed as we strive for the best possible
system. Action has been taken already on these recommendations, two were completed there and then and the 3rd is in the process of being completed
Every year, the work required for the ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015 is a team effort, and we would like to thank Advanced Maintenance UK Ltd employees for their continual input into the ISO and for ensuring that the company hold itself to the high standard expected of both the company and our auditors.
