Abbie Garrard - Assoc CIPD - Human Resources Manager

Joining Advanced Maintenance UK Ltd in 2015, Abbie Garrard has been an integral part of our journey. Starting as an Account Administrator in the First Response Team, Abbie quickly distinguished herself for her exceptional leadership and ability to thrive under pressure. Her dedication and talent led to her advancement within the company.

In 2019, Abbie completed her Level 3 CIPD Human Resources training, a milestone that paved the way for her current role as our esteemed Human Resources Manager. With a strategic mindset and unwavering commitment to excellence, Abbie ensures our HR commitments are met across all facets of our business, contributing significantly to our continued success.

Kellie Pickett - First Response & Quality Manager

Since 2010, Kellie Pickett has been an invaluable asset to Advanced Maintenance UK Ltd. Starting as an Account Manager, her positivity and adaptability propelled her into various leadership roles within the company. As our Quality Manager, Kellie played a pivotal role in maintaining our accreditations and ensuring that our standards remained unparalleled.

In 2023, Kellie's journey within the company continued as she took on the role of First Response Manager. Leading our First Response Team alongside managing the ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and Chas accreditations, Kellie showcases her ability to excel in both managerial and accreditation responsibilities.
