Donna Endean - Accounts Assistant

Donna joined Advanced Maintenance in 2023, assuming a pivotal role as the primary point of contact for all accounts inquiries. Collaborating closely with Lisa Gale, Donna oversees the company's financial commitments. Her responsibilities include preparing financial statements, handling bill payments, invoicing customers, managing payroll, conducting cost accounting, and performing financial analysis.

Lisa Gale - Insurance & Accounts Facilitator

Lisa's journey with our company began in 2008, where she provided invaluable support behind the scenes before officially joining our team in 2022. Taking charge of managing our company's insurances and overseeing our fleet of vehicles, Lisa's role expanded in late 2023 following the departure of our head accountant.

Immersing herself in the intricacies of our accounts department, Lisa now works alongside Donna Endean, orchestrating the seamless functioning of our entire accounts department. As a senior member of our staff, Lisa's contributions are invaluable. Her wealth of experience and unwavering commitment to excellence ensure the smooth operation of our financial processes, upholding our standards of efficiency and reliability.
