During this period, all call-outs will be charged at our out-of-hours rates:

Domestic Customer Call-Out Rates:

• Up to 1 hour: £180.00 + VAT
• Additional hourly rate, per hour: £110.00 + VAT

Commercial Customer Call-Out Rates:

• Hourly rate, per hour - Inside M25: £165.00 + VAT
• Hourly rate, per hour - Outside M25: £140.00 + VAT
