Over the past few years, Advanced Maintenance UK Ltd has seen significant rises in overheads, and whilst we have done our utmost to absorb these costs, for us to be able to continue to offer a high-quality service, we need to increase the price of some of our services.


We have listed these below, for your ease of reference;


DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS

For all domestic call outs, our prices are;

1st hour Additional hourly rate, per hour
Within Standard Hours - Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00 £120.00 + VAT £80.00 + VAT
Out of Standard Hours - Monday to Friday 17:00-08:00, Weekends, Bank Holidays & Christmas Closure £180.00 + VAT £110.00 + VAT

COMMERCIAL CUSTOMERS

For all commercial call outs, our prices are;

Hourly Rate - Inside M25 Hourly Rate - Outside M25
Within Standard Hours - Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00 £125.00 + VAT £105.00 + VAT
Out of Standard Hours - Monday to Friday 17:00-08:00, Weekends, Bank Holidays & Christmas Closure £165.00 + VAT £140.00 + VAT

Please Note:

  • All prices are based within 10 miles of RG7 4AA, travelling outside the local tariff increases will be applied; the final price will be dependent upon location. 
  • Boilers over 70 KW are classed as commercial. 
  • Standard office hours are Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00.

Regular office hours will resume at that time. However, we understand that emergencies can happen at any time. Rest assured, our team is committed to providing a 24-hour, 365 days a year rapid response call-out service for heating and plumbing emergencies. Your peace of mind is our priority, and in the event of an unforeseen issue, our dedicated team members will promptly attend to address the situation.
