Can you respond to emergency call-outs?
Yes. We provide 24/7 emergency plumbing and heating support across the South. Emergencies typically include gas leaks, major water leaks, or urgent heating failures.
We aim to respond as quickly as possible to urgent situations. Attendance times depend on your location and the nature of the emergency, but our 24/7 call-out service is designed to minimise disruption and make your property safe, with further works scheduled the next working day if needed.
Are your engineers qualified and accredited?
Yes. All of our engineers are Gas Safe registered, with additional OFTEC, NICEIC, and renewable energy qualifications where required. Beyond formal accreditations, we operate a comprehensive training matrix, managed by our Head of Operations, Abbie Parker. Training is planned a year in advance to ensure our engineers remain fully qualified, refreshed, and ahead of industry requirements.
How do you ensure compliance with regulations?
Compliance is at the core of everything we do. Our dedicated Quality Assurance and Health & Safety teams monitor regulatory changes and update our processes, training, and documentation accordingly. Every job is recorded with full compliance evidence for your records.
To ensure nothing slips through the net, we are also independently audited each year by our external health & safety partners, as well as through accreditation bodies including CHAS Elite, Constructionline Gold, MCS, Gas Safe, OFTEC, SafeContractor, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001.
This combination of internal checks and external audits means our clients can be confident that all works meet the latest legal and industry standards.

Can you handle multiple issues in one visit?
Absolutely. Advanced Maintenance provides a one-stop solution for maintenance and compliance. Whether you have a boiler fault, a leaking sink, and a ventilation issue, our team will coordinate the works to minimise disruption and keep everything compliant.
Why don’t you have standard pricing for all services?
For our most common services, our pricing is published online to ensure transparency. You can view our current call-out rates here: 2025 Call-Out Service Rates.(https://www.advancedmaintenance.co.uk/blog)
However, the nature of our work often means it isn’t as simple as identifying and repairing a single fault. Many jobs require fault tracing or resolving underlying issues before repairs can be completed. Because of this, we cannot always provide an accurate cost without attending site.
That said, our initial call-out fees are published online, and any further works, wherever possible are quoted before proceeding.
How can I request a quote?
