Our Systems & Delivery
Every installation is engineered, specified, and delivered in line with MCS standards and manufacturer requirements.
Design & Engineering
Our renewables team specialises exclusively in Air Source Heat Pumps, combining mechanical, electrical, and compliance expertise. Every system is designed in accordance with MCS 001-1 and MIS 3005-1, ensuring performance calculations, heat loss assessments, and system sizing are fully documented and audit-ready.
What’s Included as Standard
Each installation includes full system design and MCS performance estimates, appropriate filtration, water treatment, and insulation where required. Smart controls are integrated for effective temperature management. Systems are commissioned in line with manufacturer specifications, with certification and warranty registration completed at handover. A post-installation optimisation visit confirms performance and correct operation.
Optional enhancements, including solar PV integration, battery storage, remote monitoring, and long-term maintenance agreements, can be incorporated where required.
Our Process
From initial consultation through to commissioning and aftercare, every stage is structured, documented, and delivered in line with MCS standards to ensure compliance, transparency, and long-term system reliability.

Case Study
Air Source Heat Pump Upgrade
This project demonstrates how an existing Air Source Heat Pump system in Christchurch was upgraded to improve efficiency, reliability, and compliance.
Working with a housing provider, our team replaced an ageing Mitsubishi Electric system with a Vaillant aroTHERM Plus 3.5 kW ASHP and pre-plumbed cylinder. The upgrade improved heating performance and system stability while ensuring full compliance with MCS standards.
The works included safe decommissioning of the existing equipment, revised system design, installation of updated controls and filtration, electrical upgrades, and radiator replacements. All works were completed with minimal disruption to the tenant.
The Results: The upgraded system delivers reliable heating and hot water supported by smart Vaillant controls. Installation was completed in line with MCS standards, with full certification and documentation issued. The outcome is improved comfort, reduced operating costs, and a fully audit-ready compliance record.

Sustainability, Funding & Quality Assurance
We provide clear guidance on available government incentives, including the Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS), subject to eligibility and funding availability. Our team supports clients through documentation and application processes, ensuring submissions are completed accurately and in line with MCS scheme requirements.
At the same time, we are committed to delivering installations that are engineered for long-term reliability and performance. Every system is designed, installed, and commissioned in accordance with manufacturer specifications, supported by appropriate certification and warranty registration.
From first consultation through to aftercare, our approach is structured, transparent, and quality-focused, giving clients confidence that their renewable heating system meets regulatory standards while performing efficiently for years to come.
Compliance & Consumer Protection
Advanced Energies UK Ltd operates in line with recognised consumer protection and renewable installation standards to ensure transparency, fairness, and accountability across all projects.
TrustMark, MCS & RECC Standards
We are currently progressing through formal accreditation for TrustMark and MCS certification. We are registered with the Renewable Energy Consumer Code (RECC), registration number 00043655, ensuring our contracts, documentation, and customer processes meet RECC consumer protection requirements.
Our systems and installation procedures are structured to align with MCS and TrustMark standards and are subject to independent assessment as part of the accreditation process, ensuring our design, installation, and commissioning procedures follow recognised industry requirements.
Customer Feedback & Complaints Procedure
We operate a structured and documented complaints procedure aligned with RECC requirements and MCS standards. All concerns are logged within our internal Quality Management System and reviewed by our nominated MCS representative to ensure they are properly assessed and resolved.
Where resolution cannot be reached directly with the customer, the RECC Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) process is followed in accordance with consumer protection guidelines. Customers may also refer to the TrustMark Customer Charter for further information regarding their rights and protections.
