EMERGENCY CALL OUT
Advanced Energies UK Ltd was created as part of the Advanced Maintenance group, building on over 25 years of mechanical and compliance experience.
We recognised the growing demand for smarter, cleaner, and more sustainable building services, so we launched Advanced Energies to focus exclusively on renewable heating and energy technologies.
Our team combines design expertise, technical knowledge, and real-world experience to deliver efficient, compliant, and well-engineered systems. Every project is guided by the same values that have defined our business for decades: quality, reliability, and transparency.
From homes to large-scale commercial properties, we’re committed to helping our clients reduce energy use, lower emissions, and embrace a more sustainable future, one system at a time.
Why choose an Air Source Heat Pump?
Air Source Heat Pumps capture heat from the outside air and use it to provide efficient heating and hot water inside your property, even in cold weather.
When designed and installed correctly, they can:
-
Reduce your carbon emissions by up to 60% compared with gas or oil heating.
-
Cut energy bills by making better use of electricity tariffs and renewable energy.
-
Deliver reliable, steady heat with modern smart controls and minimal maintenance.
-
Integrate with solar PV, batteries, and low-temperature radiators for greater efficiency.
Our design process ensures your heat pump system is tailored to your building’s size, insulation levels, and heat demand, no guesswork, no “one-size-fits-all.”
Our process
We follow a proven step-by-step process to ensure every installation meets MCS standards and manufacturer specifications:
-
Initial consultation – We’ll discuss your property, existing heating system, and project goals.
-
Site survey and design – Detailed heat-loss calculations, emitter checks, and system design.
-
Proposal and quotation – Clear performance estimate, scope of works, and timescales.
-
Installation – Professional installation by qualified engineers with full system protection.
-
Commissioning and handover – Verified to MIS 3005-I, complete with documentation pack.
-
Aftercare and maintenance – Ongoing support, servicing, and optimisation to keep your system running at peak performance.

Case Study: Christchurch – Air Source Heat Pump Upgrade
This project demonstrates how an existing Air Source Heat Pump system in Christchurch was upgraded for greater efficiency, comfort, and compliance.
Working with a housing provider, our team replaced an ageing Mitsubishi Electric system with a Vaillant aroTHERM Plus 3.5 kW ASHP and pre-plumbed cylinder, improving heating performance and reliability while ensuring full MCS compliance.
The works included safe decommissioning, system design, installation of new controls and filtration, electrical upgrades, and radiator replacements, all completed with minimal disruption to the tenant.
Results and Benefits
-
Performance: Reliable, efficient heating and hot water, supported by smart Vaillant controls.
-
Compliance: Installed to MCS standards, complete with certification and warranty.
-
Comfort: Reduced running costs, quieter operation, and improved heat distribution.
-
Evidence: Audit-ready documentation, including full photographic record through Simpro.

The Christchurch upgrade highlights how thoughtful design and careful installation can deliver lasting improvements in energy efficiency and occupant comfort.
