Expanding Our Engineering Team in the South of England

At Advanced Maintenance UK Ltd, our engineers are at the heart of everything we do.

Since 1998, we’ve delivered compliant, high-quality maintenance and installation services across housing associations, healthcare environments, education settings and private homes. As our contracts continue to grow, we’re looking to strengthen our directly employed engineering team.

Locations We’re Focused On

We’re particularly keen to hear from engineers based:

• Around Maidstone / Kent

• Around Bath / Bristol / South West corridor

These are ideal centre points rather than strict boundaries. We cover the South of England, and flexibility works both ways.

What We’re Looking For

Ideally, we’re seeking engineers with both:

• Commercial Gas

• Domestic Gas

However, we would also welcome conversations with experienced engineers in:

• Heating & Plumbing

• Ventilation / MVHR

• General multi-skilled building services

• Renewables (particularly ASHP)

This role involves a genuine mix of work, from housing association properties to healthcare sites where downtime isn’t an option, through to domestic call-outs. No two weeks look exactly the same.

We’re looking for engineers who:

• Take pride in getting it right the first time

• Communicate clearly with clients and colleagues

• Understand compliance and safety aren’t “extras”, they’re essential

• Want stability and long-term development, not just the next job

Direct Employment Preferred

Our preference is to grow our directly employed team. We believe in investing in our engineers, supporting training, maintaining compliance standards, and building long-term working relationships.

That said, we would also consider experienced contractors who share our values of reliability, professionalism, and high standards.
