Over the past few months, we’ve been hard at work on a series of Website Updates at Advanced Maintenance to make it more transparent, accessible, and useful for our clients across housing, healthcare, and education.
Our goal is simple: to make sure at least 80% of the information you need is available online, so you can review our services, compliance, and track record before you even pick up the phone.
1. Website Updates Advanced Maintenance - Services Refined
We’ve updated and expanded our Heating, Plumbing, and Ventilation pages, and launched brand new dedicated sections for:
MVHR (Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery)
Damp & Mould Remediation
These service pages now provide clearer detail, compliance references (including Awaab’s Law and TM59 ventilation guidance), and improved navigation.

2. Case Studies by Sector
Evidence matters, which is why we’ve integrated real project case studies directly into our service pages:
Heating: Baker House communal heating upgrade
Ventilation: Christchurch ASHP / Unitherm EAHP installation
Damp & Mould: Salisbury remediation project
Each case study includes background, scope of works, outcomes, and client benefits, giving you a clear sense of what we deliver in practice.

3. Meet the Team
We know how important trust is when selecting a contractor. That’s why our Meet the Team page has been updated so you can put a face to the name. Where possible, we’ve also included direct LinkedIn links so you can see more about our people’s backgrounds and connect with them directly.

4. Compliance & Social Value - Together in One Place
We’ve merged and expanded our Compliance and Social Value sections into a single comprehensive resource. Here, you’ll find:
ISO, CHAS Elite, Constructionline Gold, and other accreditation details
Our Real Living Wage commitment
Social value initiatives and reporting
Updates on compliance requirements (including Awaab’s Law)
This ensures you have a one-stop reference for both regulatory compliance and the wider impact of our work.
5. Improved User Experience
We’ve also taken practical steps to make the site quicker and easier to navigate:
Landing page streamlined so key information is available immediately.
Trusted by Leading Organisations section showcasing the clients we work with.
“By the Numbers” statistics to give a clear overview of our impact.
Contact Us page simplified, because no one likes wasted clicks.

Updating the website has been a major project, but it’s worth it if it makes your experience smoother and gives you confidence in the services we deliver.
Whether you’re exploring our case studies, reviewing our compliance commitments, or looking for the right sector expertise, our goal is to give you the information you need up front.
