Christmas Opening Hours 2025/26

As we approach the festive period, we want to ensure all clients are aware of our office opening hours and support availability throughout Christmas and New Year. Please find the full schedule below:

Friday 12th December – Christmas Party

Opening Hours: 08:00 – 15:30

Our team will be unavailable after 15:30 due to our annual staff event.

Tuesday 24th December – Christmas Eve

Opening Hours: 08:00 – 14:30

25th December 2025 – 1st January 2026 – Office Closure

Our office will be closed during this period while our team takes a well-earned break. However, our emergency call-out service will remain fully operational, with out-of-hours rates applying throughout the closure.

Reopening – 2nd January 2026

Normal office hours resume.

Out-of-Hours Call-Out Rates

During our festive closure period (25th December 2025 – 1st January 2026), all reactive attendance will be charged at the following standard out-of-hours rates. These apply to all evening, weekend, and bank holiday call-outs while the office is closed.

Domestic Out-of-Hours Rates

First Hour: £180 + VAT

Each Additional Hour: £110 + VAT

Commercial Reactive Out-of-Hours Rates

Within M25: £165 + VAT per hour

Outside M25: £140 + VAT per hour
