We’re pleased to confirm that Advanced Maintenance UK Ltd has successfully renewed its Safecontractor certification, issued on 6th May 2025. This forms part of a broader commitment to best practice in health and safety, sitting proudly alongside our current CHAS Elite (issued 25th February 2025) and Constructionline Gold (issued 17th March 2025) accreditations.

Together, these certifications are more than badges, they’re a statement of how seriously we take the safety of our staff, our customers, and the environments we work in.

Raising the Bar for Safety in Every Sector

At Advanced Maintenance, we understand that the quality of our work must be matched by the quality of our safety culture. Whether attending call-outs in residential settings, delivering major works in education and healthcare environments, or supporting housing associations with complex building needs, we work to rigorous, independently verified safety standards.

That’s why we don’t settle for just one certification. We maintain all three:

  • Safecontractor

  • CHAS Elite

  • Constructionline Gold

These accreditations reflect our internal standards and are reinforced through regular audits, ongoing training, and a proactive approach to compliance.

Backed by a Dedicated H&S Team

Unlike many in our field, Advanced Maintenance invests in dedicated in-house expertise. We are proud to have two Health and Safety Managers, both trained in IOSH Managing Safely.

  • Bryce Bellman – Project Liaison and Health & Safety Manager, based in our head office.

  • Tony Williams – Operations Manager, managing health and safety on the road and on-site.

This dual structure means we maintain consistent safety standards both behind the scenes and on the front lines.

Why It Matters

These accreditations give our clients complete peace of mind that we:

  • Comply fully with the latest health and safety legislation,

  • Have strong internal processes for risk management and safe working,

  • Commit to continual improvement through training, auditing, and investment.

At Advanced Maintenance, health and safety isn’t a side consideration — it’s central to how we operate. And this latest renewal is just one more way we demonstrate that commitment.
